<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print control apparatus capable of easily setting a print position of an auxiliary image. <P>SOLUTION: When it is determined at S802 that the kind of binding is set to case binding, a center of an opposite side and an upper and an lower parts of a binding position in print setup analyzed at S801 are determined to be candidates for a print position of an auxiliary image (S803). When it is determined at S804 that the kind of binding is set to saddle stitch binding, the center of the opposite side and an upper and a lower parts of binding position in the print setup analyzed at S801 are determined to be candidates for a print position of the auxiliary image (S805).
