Preferably, the carbon fibers are carbon nanotubes or gas phase-grown carbon fibers. For example, when a molding material containing the filers and the matrix is flown into the mold, the orientation and density of the carbon fibers are controlled by carrying out the molding as the fountain flow phenomenon on the free surface of the tip of the flow is covered with another resin.
