REALTIME VIDEO REGULATIONS SYSTEM OF WASTE HANDLING

PURPOSE: A real time video monitoring system of wastes and waste handling is provided to record an image photographed by an image photographing device using wire/wireless communication networks between an installation region and a remote monitoring room, thereby monitoring the image at a remote place in real time. CONSTITUTION: A waste process monitoring system(300) transmits an emergency bell generation signal and warning voice to a corresponding installation region managing system at crime and fire. An emergency bell processing system(400) receives the emergency bell generation signal. The emergency bell processing system requests emergency departure to a corresponding fire station and a corresponding police station. A local government data collecting system(600) transmits collected amount information transmitted from an RF communication collection amount measurement system to a local government RF reader device by an RF antenna. The local government data collecting system stores a processing situation per a region and one day processing situation per an intrinsic number to manage.
