PURPOSE: A method, an apparatus and an image forming system for processing additional data of a printing job are provided to prevent an operating unit of a color image forming device from unnecessarily operating due to additional information added to printing job information. CONSTITUTION: A data receiver(410) receives printing job information including printing data. If additional information is included in the printing job information, an image processing unit(450) changes the printing data and color of the additional information in the same printing mode. If printing modes of the printing data and the additional information are not the same, the image processing unit changes the color of the additional information and printing data in the same printing mode. An image forming unit(460) outputs an image in which the color is changed.
