This equipment comprises at least one anchoring assembly (1 ) including a hook (2) integral with a body (10), this body (10) being passed through by a hole (11 ) and capable of being connected to connection means (15) making it possible to connect the anchoring assembly (1 ) to another part comprised by the equipment, in particular a connection bar for connecting a series of vertebrae. According to the invention, the anchoring assembly (1 ) comprises a continuous flexible ligament (3) able to be engaged in said hole (11 ) and to form a loop allowing the engagement of the l igament around a structure of a vertebrae or mounted on a vertabrae, and comprises stop means (12, 16; 30) making it possible to immobilize this ligament (3) in relation to said body (10). |
