The device has node points at various distances, and an insert made of metal wires, metal threads, nano balls or particles e.g. graphite, with mineral characteristics and provided in a rear side of a wall or floor covering. Threads of the rear side of the covering are encased by the hot glue. The insert is enclosed by hot glue, and an ultrasonically activable glue is applied in a thread form on a lower side of the covering. The hot glue enables direct glueing by the metal, graphite or the particles using ultrasonic waves.
