The present invention relates to a system and a method for payment or money transfer or the like for online/offline transactions. A payment device of the present invention downloads a total payment program in a memory side of a mobile terminal and registers and stores at least one or more payment means in the memory side. The payment device of the present invention transmits payment request information in accordance with a purchase to a specific mobile terminal side upon occurrence of a purchase request for a specific product of a specific franchise. The specific mobile terminal side selectively displays an available final payment means list such that payment for the purchase is conducted by specific payment means selected from the displayed final payment means list.
