<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite transformer which reduces a leak magnetic flux by enhancing magnetic coupling, and also reduces a DC residual magnetic flux in voltage transformation, while reducing its size and weight. <P>SOLUTION: The composite transformer 1 made up of first and second inductors 4 and 5 and a transformer unit 6, is provided with: a transforming core 61 having a magnetic leg 61a wound with part of first and second coils 2 and 3 and a base 62 fixing the magnetic leg 61a; a first inductor core 41 having a magnetic leg 41a wound with part of the first coil 2 and a base 42 fixing the magnetic leg 41a; and a second inductor core 51 having a magnetic leg 51a wound with part of the second coil 3 and a base 52 fixing the magnetic leg 51a. The first and second coils 2 and 3 are wound in the directions canceling magnetic fluxes each other, are wound on the magnetic leg 61a of the transforming core 61 so that the coils 2 and 3 overlap alternately, and are isolated from each other on the magnetic legs 41a and 51a of the first and second inductor cores 41 and 51 so that magnetic fluxes do not interfere with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
