<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein, since a light reception area required for any installation site is increased in the present in which the energy conversion efficiency of a solar photovoltaic power generation panel is around 12%, and its practical disadvantage is not neglected relative to an energy device using oil or gas in terms of installation space and energy unit cost, a solar photovoltaic cogeneration panel acquiring heat simultaneously with electric power shows promise, but has a lot of problems in terms of structure in embodying it as a product. <P>SOLUTION: This application provide a method and a structure wherein, when a power generation cell is supported on a heat sink flat plate, and a refrigerant circuit is fixed to the heat sink in a heat transfer relationship, a buffer zone is formed to relax thermal strain occurring in each material, and the heat sink is tightly suitable for the refrigerant circuit to transmit heat without increasing temperature drop. The application also provides a structure and a processing method for mounting the power generation cell easy to break to the heat sink. The application also discloses a technique for putting this solar photovoltaic cogeneration module into practical use such as a simple structure using low cost materials. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
