<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system separation determination method which determines system separation in a large scale system at a high speed, and ensures presence in training, and also to provide a program for performing the method. <P>SOLUTION: In a training preparation mode, system separation of an upper system and a lower system is performed in such a manner that the secondary bus of each interconnection substation is shared, and the system separation of the whole training object system is determined by determining system separation in units of the separated systems. In a training run mode, switches of the transmission line, the transformer and the bus are treated collectively as an equivalent switch group based on the system separation determination results obtained in the training preparation mode, the occurrence of change in the switching state of the switch group is detected in a belonging system, and system separation is determined on condition that the switch group at the other end is in closed state when a facility to which the switch group belongs is a transmission line or a transformer, thus determining the system separation of the whole training object system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
