PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that noise due to reverse recovery phenomenon may be superimposed on a ground line GL if a pair of diodes RD1 and RD2 are arranged for rectification when voltage polarity at a pair of terminals of a secondary side coil 20b of a transformer 20 is inverted. SOLUTION: Capacitors 50 and 52, connected in series, are connected between cathode sides of respective diodes RD1 and RD2 and a node N1.
