METHOD OF ANALYSING SKIN IMAGES USING A REFERENCE REGION TO DIAGNOSE A SKIN DISORDER

A system for analysing skin disorders from images. The system includes a compartment for controlling light of the skin of a body part and for providing frontal and split oblique images of a body part. A processing system then executes processes that use a reference region from the image to identify and analyze an area in a region of interest from the image to classify skin disorders detected.
