<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate processing time estimator capable of easily estimating processing time for each plate part including a latter process, and a nesting order generation device capable of equalizing the burden of each device for a latter process. <P>SOLUTION: A process data discrimination means 11 is provided for reading data H and LB indicative of a latter process included in part drawing data D and discriminating the kind of the latter process and a quantity of a unit process. A part-by-part process time estimation means 13 is provided for estimating the processing time required for a latter process of each plate part m and the processing time of a plate processing machine 2 from the discriminated kind and quantity of the latter process of each plate part m.
