PURPOSE: A bioactive ceramic coating layer and a method of manufacture thereof are provided, which increase cell growth rate by increasing surface area of a coating layer. CONSTITUTION: A bioactive ceramic coating layer improves surface roughness by controlling particle size and particle distribution. The particle of the ceramic coating layer is one kind material or mixture selected from the group consisting of bioglass, hydroxyapatite, calcium phosphate, tribasic, and fluorine-containing hydroxyapatite. The size of particle is 0.2 - 25 micrometers. As the thickness of the coating layer increases, roughness increases. |
