Braking system for controlling the stability and trajectory of an automobile and methods of using such a system

The system has an intake and exhaust circuit (33) for intaking and exhausting brake fluid and connected to brake elements (9, 14) located at wheels. A brake control system includes hydraulic units for controlling pressure of the fluid, where the hydraulic units comprise a check valve, a hydraulic chamber and a hydraulic piston. A motorized caliper system is installed on the wheels, and comprises two electrical piston systems for controlling braking force. The hydraulic units and the caliper system are jointly implemented to generate, increase or decrease brake torque of each wheel. An independent claim is also included for a method for using a braking system.
