PURPOSE: Weather information for a mobile phone is provided to reduce complexity and time consumption by offering the weather information, which is received from a meteorological observatory, in an LCD window of the mobile phone. CONSTITUTION: Weather information received from a meteorological observatory is transmitted to a mobile phone of a user. The mobile phone displays the received weather information in an LCD window. The weather information is transmitted from the meteorological observatory in real-time to enable the user to view the weather information anywhere and anytime. The weather information is displayed in the final line of an initial screen of the mobile phone.
