A fitting for a panel 1, for example of toughened and/or laminated glass, having first and second mounting holes 2, 2' comprises first and second mounting portions 4b, 4b' arranged to be disposed within the first and second mounting holes 2, 2' respectively, and first and second eccentric bushes 10, 10' located over the first and second mounting portions 4b, 4b' respectively. Each eccentric bush 10, 10' defines an interior circle in contact with the exterior of its respective mounting portion 4b, 4b', and an exterior circle in contact with the interior of its respective mounting hole 2, 2'. The centre of the interior circle of each eccentric bush 10, 10' is offset from the centre of the exterior circle of that eccentric bush 10, 10', so that each eccentric bush 10, 10' can be rotated with respect to its respective mounting hole 2, 2' and mounting portion 4b, 4b' to change the position of the mounting portion 4b, 4b' within the mounting hole 2, 2'. |
