PURPOSE: A sample holder is provided to reduce the time and effort for setting different focal distance according to sample, thereby making preparation and observation of sample convenient. CONSTITUTION: A sample holder comprises a sample holding frame(500) and a balance handle(600). The sample holding frame, which clamps a sample, includes a sample holding part to grind the sample and then observe the ground surface. The balance handle is fixed to the lower side of the sample holder to allow a worker to check whether the sample surface is horizontal when grinding the sample. |
