PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring the stacked height is provided to recognize the snowfall accurately and continuously by radiating a laser beam to the stacked snow. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring the stacked height includes a laser unit(200) and a stacked material measuring unit(100). The laser unit radiates a laser beam to a lower part of a stacked material. The stacked material measuring unit photographs the shape of the laser beam emitted from the laser unit, calculates the size of the laser beam changed according to the stacked height, and then matches the calculated laser beam size with a reference laser beam size defined according to the stacked height to measure the height of material stacked on the ground.
