PURPOSE: A method to make a numerical map is provided to make the exact digital map by amending the numeric information. CONSTITUTION: The controller(150) of the terminal device(100) saves temporarily the start location input from the touch screen panel(140). The controller of the terminal device stores the ending location and stores it intermediately. The wireless transmission signal is inputted from the touch screen panel to the controller of the terminal device. The controller of the terminal device amends the basis numeric information. The controller(220) of the GIS server(200) receives the addition numeric information from the terminal device through the transceiver(210). The controller of the GIS server amends the basis numeric information by using the addition numeric information and transmits the correction numeric information through a transceiver to the terminal device.
