The boat (1) has an informatic peripheral device provided with a handle operating a cockpit (6) of the boat. A rotary table (5) is integrated in a deck of the boat. Control units e.g. buttons, control different functions of the boat. A frontal gateway permits loading and unloading of a wheelchair or persons at a level of a floating dock of the boat, and a lateral gateway (3) permits loading and unloading of the wheelchair or persons at a level of bottom of the boat. The control units actuate lifting and lowering of an engine of the boat and actuate an audio alarm.
