PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal connection member in which contact property with the terminal can be retained stably for a long period of time, and space utilization efficiency can be improved. SOLUTION: This is a bus bar 29 which is formed of conductive material, and in which positive electrode terminals 17 and negative electrode terminals 21 between lithium secondary batteries 3 having pillar shaped positive electrode terminals 17 and negative electrode terminals 21 are mutually connected. This is equipped with a plate shaped main body 31 and contact parts 33 installed penetrating through the thickness direction in the face of the main body 31 corresponding to respective positive electrode terminals 17 and the negative electrode terminals 21, in which the inner face shapes of the contact parts 33 are arranged so that its peripheral brim parts go along at least with one part of the cross-sectional shapes of the positive electrode terminals 17 and the negative electrode terminals 21.
