<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve torque transmission capacity while enlargement of a constitution of a power transmission device is suppressed and to facilitate cooling of a rotor where a rotor conductor in which an induction current flows is arranged. <P>SOLUTION: A rotating field is generated by making an induction current flow in rotor winding 30 due to occurrence of a rotation difference between an input-side rotor 28 and an output-side rotor 18, and torque operates between the input-side rotor 28 and the output-side rotor 18. The rotating field is generated by supplying power of rotor winding 30 to stator winding 20 through a slip ring 95, a rectifier 93, a boosting converter 94 and an inverter 40. Torque operates between a stator 16 and the output-side rotor 18. The stator 16 is installed on an innermost layer on an inner peripheral side of the output-side rotor 18.
