The element (6a) has a cup-shaped housing provided with a housing base (17) and a housing wall (18). A balance piston (8) and a pressure piston are accommodated in the housing. An inlet (21) runs in the housing wall and opens out in an annular space (23) that is defined by the housing, the pressure piston and the balance piston. A transfer opening (24) for hydraulic unit connects the annular space with a supply chamber (16), and a venting channel (25) is guided from the inlet into a surrounding of the element. The element has a securing ring made of steel or elastomer material.
