PURPOSE:To obtain a continuous colored flesh-mixing machine capable of uniformly mixing a coloring matter by vertically attaching mixing blades to a rotating shaft installed along a channel continuously transferring and supplying raw flesh mixed with the coloring matter. CONSTITUTION:A coloring matter is added to raw flesh extruded from a raw flesh supplying pump 11 by a coloring matter supplying pump 13 and a coloring matter added raw flesh to pass through a raw flesh channel 17 of a mixing machine 10. Mixing blades 27 are vertically attached to a rotating shaft 20 which goes through the central part of the channel 17 to uniformly mix the coloring matter by agitating and mixing the coloring matter added raw flesh. |
