PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack can improve reliability by discharging gas even though the gas discharged from a single battery is a small quantity, and a vehicle with reliability improved.

SOLUTION: The battery pack 10 includes a group 50 of battery modules storing a single battery 30 in a case 41 and formed by arranging a plurality of battery modules 40, a cooling air passage 20 for flowing a cooling air 21, and a gas discharge duct 60 extending by bringing into contact with the battery module along the arrangement direction for arranging the plurality of battery modules and introducing gas 61 discharged in the case from the single battery and forming a gas discharge passage for discharging the gas outside the battery module. The gas discharge duct includes a gas introduction port 62 connected with a gas discharge hole 42 formed on each case, and an air intake port 63 for taking in the cooling air.
