<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device can perform terahertz-wave frequency resolution imaging, in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: This terahertz-wave frequency resolution imaging device 1 is equipped with a light source 11, branch part 12, terahertz-wave generation part 21, optical path length difference adjusting part 22, polarizer 31, multiplexing part 41, electric optical crystal 42, analyzer 43, imaging part 44, operation part 51A, and control part 52A. The control part 52A instructs to the optical path length difference adjusting part 22, so as to set an optical path length difference on each value having a fixed interval, and instructs to the imaging part 44 so as to image a terahertz-wave image at each value of the optical path length difference. The operation part 51A successively inputs each terahertz-wave image imaged by the imaging part 44 when the optical path length difference is set on each value, and adds a value determined by multiplying pixel data by a coefficient, corresponding to a specific frequency to each pixel in each input terahertz-wave image, to thereby determined a terahertz-wave image of the specific frequency, based on the addition value of each pixel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
