PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder head cover structure where foggy oil entering a blowby chamber 4 together with blowby gas can be efficiently separated from blowby gas, so constituted that oil is prevented from entering the blowby chamber through an oil discharge port. SOLUTION: In a cylinder head cover 10 forming a blowby chamber 13 comprising a head cover part 11 having a blowby gas outlet hole 15; and a baffle plate 12 having a blowby gas inlet 16 and an oil discharge port 17, the blowby gas inlet 16 is a pipe extending in the vertical direction of the baffle plate 12 and formed in a chimney-shape, and its upper end is formed in close proximity to the ceiling part of the head cover part 11.
