PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing toxic gas and fine dust in exhaust gas and a method thereof are provided to reduce installation cost and time by simplifying facility structure and processing processes. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for removing toxic gas and fine dust in exhaust gas includes a suction part(100), a first catalyst processing part(200), a first cyclone dust collector(300), a transfer part(400), an ozone generator(500), a second catalyst processing part(600), and a second cyclone dust collector(700). The suction part includes a suction line(110), a suction valve(120), a suction pump(130), and a strainer(140). The suction includes a manometer(111) measuring the pressure of the suction line. The first cyclone dust collector separates the fine dust with centrifugal force. The transfer part includes an exhaust line(410), an exhaust valve(420), and an exhaust pump(430). The ozone generator includes a supply valve(510) and a flowmeter(520).
