<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor can incorporate a shaft member into a designed position even if a projecting part is formed on an outer wall surface of the shaft member. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The processor 1 is equipped with a first body 10, a second body 20, and the shaft member 30. The shaft member 30 includes a first member 31 and a second member 32 composed to relatively rotate around a predetermined rotation axis. The first member is fixed to the first body while housing the first member in a first hole HS1 formed in the first body. The second member is fixed to the second body while housing the second member in a second hole HS2 formed in the second body. In the first body and the second body, inner wall surfaces 11, 21 of the first hole and the second hole are formed such that a gap is provided between the inner wall surfaces in an area R1 including a position most adjacent to an end of a first member side of outer wall surfaces in parallel with a rotation axis of the second member.
