摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device capable of more accurately determining whether an alcohol concentration sensor gets out of order or not in an internal combustion engine for which fuel including an alcohol component can be used. SOLUTION: A first fuel tank stores blended fuel comprising an alcohol and gasoline, and a second fuel tank stores gasoline fuel. An alcohol concentration sensor is disposed on a supply channel through which both the blended fuel and the gasoline flow. An electronic controller of the internal combustion engine performs the switching of the fuel passing through the alcohol concentration sensor to the blend or gasoline and controls a fuel injection amount on the basis of the alcohol concentration in the blended fuel detected by the sensor. When the detection value of the sensor deviates from a prescribed range corresponding to the alcohol concentration in gasoline when switched to the gasoline fuel, the controller performs the treatment of failure determination for the sensor which determines that the sensor gets out of order.
