<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-quality semiconductor light-emitting element having a resistance in a process after a laminating process, and to provide a method of manufacturing the semiconductor light-emitting element. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor light-emitting element and a method of manufacturing the same are provided.
