PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell-culturing supporter which can safely proliferate objective cells in a large amount at a low cost, and can be used as a material for biological substitutes for transplantation, artificial organs and the like.

SOLUTION: Provided is the cell-culturing supporter comprising a three-dimensional carrier and killed support cells which are immobilized on the three-dimensional carrier and whose inner proteins are chemically modified.
