<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image information management device, a method, and its program for accurately and quickly sorting and managing a plurality of acquired items of image information. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In an information processor 10 of an image information management device 1, a lineup processor 101 rearranges a plurality of acquired items of image information on the basis of acquisition order information. A retrieval processor 102 retrieves and extracts identification image information among rearranged items of the image information. An adding processor 103 adds image management information to image information arranged between the items of the extracted identification image information. The information processor can sort and manage the image information on the basis of the added image management information, and can easily and collectively display, on a management base figure, the image information to which the same items of the image management information are added.
