Paint compositions with insecticidal and acaricidal properties for inhibiting chitin synthesis, regulating the juvenile hormone in insects, and arthropod repellents for the control of endemic diseases, plagues and allergens, which is characterised in that they comprise at least the following compounds: (see table). A novel improved and widen formula is presented for the control of all type of arthropods (insects and mites) at a chemical level, upon incorporating synthesis insecticides to the formulation, and at a biological level, upon incorporating insect growth regulators. In addition, an active ingredient is added in the form of an arthropod natural repellent, which allows the same to be away from the places where it is applied. The paint composition allows the active ingredients to be encapsulated in an aqueous polymer with or without the incorporation of charges and dyes therein, thereby increasing the range of use thereof.
