FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: molybdenum trioxide and phosphoric acid are dissolved in concentrated sulphuric acid at temperature ranging from 50 to 70C while stirring. Vanadium anhydride is added to the obtained solution. The mixture is heated and stirred until complete dissolution of vanadium pentoxide. Initial compounds are taken in stoichiometric quantities.
