PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To favorably calculate fitness even if a search object is limited, in an information processing apparatus for calculating the fitness for a search condition based on an appearance frequency of predetermined information in an information group as a search object. SOLUTION: An information search apparatus 1 determines, on the basis of fitness to a specified condition, the order of displaying multiple pieces of search object information, and includes: a specified condition information obtaining unit 101; a specified condition information analysis unit 102 for obtaining population-limiting information which is included in specified condition information and limits information to be a target for deciding the order among the multiple pieces of search object information; an entry information obtaining unit 103 for obtaining entry information, and modifying the entry information based on the population-limiting information; and a fitness calculating unit 104 for calculating fitness based on information element included in the specified condition information and the modified entry information.
