<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the efficiency of business activity by arranging an event generated in a customer on a map, in this business activity support system. <P>SOLUTION: An event information detecting part 2 detects the event such as "a large amount of money received" and "a fixed deposit maturity" by retrieving information stored in a customer information storage part 6, based on an assigned condition. An event arrangement map generating part 3 arranges a mark indicating the event, in a position of the customer related to the event, to prepare an event arrangement map 8. The prepared event arrangement map 8 is displayed in a terminal of the business person in charge.
