<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems, when personal information related to bioinformation is stored in a database, that: the personal information related to the bioinformation is stored in the database in a state that consent of a patient is not obtained; or the bioinformation is read from the database, and transferred to a medical apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A medical system has: a terminal device handling the bioinformation of the patient; a storage part storing ID information of the patient and the bioinformation associated to the ID information; and a transfer device having a data storage memory, and transferring the bioinformation from one of the terminal device and the storage device to the other. The transfer device has: an ID information detection part for detecting the ID information from the patient; and a consent confirmation part for confirming the consent of the patient. When the ID information detected from the patient and the ID information acquired from the storage part accord and when the consent of the patient is confirmed by the consent confirmation part, the bioinformation is transferred. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
