PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protein-expressing myeloma bindable to an antibody, to provide a cell-fusing method using the same, to provide a hybrid cell, and to provide a method for screening the same.

SOLUTION: The myeloma cell formed by expressing a protein bindable to an antibody outside the cell in a state bound to a cell membrane; the cell-fusing method using the same; the antibody-presenting hybrid cell obtained by culturing a hybrid cell expressing a protein bindable to the antibody outside the cell in a state bound to a cell membrane; and a method for screening the same are provided.
