PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broader disaster support system of elevators capable of reducing the time required for the recovering operation of elevators in a broader disaster and minimizing the service stop time for the users of the elevators. SOLUTION: A monitoring center K1 comprises at least traveling route providing means DA, DB, DC for specifying the positions of recovering workers according to the position information of mobile terminals TM and providing the optimum traveling routes of the elevators EL1 to EL3 to be recovered and recovered additional means DA, DB for providing recovering information for the request of the recovered state from the mobile terminals TM and, if the elevators are not recovered, assembling them into the objects to be recovered.
