A spiral reef shaped overflow wave generator is provided to obtain the same amount of overflow from different directions by forming a plurality of guide vanes at an upper structure to collect sea water and dropping the sea water to rotate a water current turbine. A spiral reef shaped overflow wave generator comprises a hemispherical upper structure(10), a spiral guide vane(12), a cylindrical supporting unit(50), a water current turbine, and a generator. The hemispherical supper structure which is inclined downward has an inlet hole at the center. The spiral guide vane is spirally installed from the inlet hole to form a sea water path(11) at the upper surface of the upper structure. The cylindrical supporting unit is hollow and has one end connected with the bottom of the inlet hole. The water current turbine is installed in the supporting unit and rotated by sea water flow. The sea water flows into the inlet hole via the sea water path and dropped in the longitudinal direction of the supporting unit. The generator is connected with the water current turbine, and collects electricity from the water current turbine. A generator room(20) is installed at the upper center part of the upper structure for maintenance of the generator. |
