<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make use in purchase action of a user by comparing prices of a commodity in respective stores based on purchase information of users when purchasing the same commodity from the plurality of stores. <P>SOLUTION: Purchase history information 31 including commodity information 31a, store information 31b, and price information 31c related to the commodity purchased from the store is stored in a storage part 12.
