PURPOSE: A data transmission method for sharing an existing communication system and a frequency band is provided to maximize data transmission efficiency of a communication system by preventing interference with an existing communication system. CONSTITUTION: A transmission waveform is obtained by using an impulse response of a receiver(102,112,122,202) of an existing communication system(100,110,120,200), an impulse response of a channel, and a power spectrum of an interference signal from the existing communication system. A data is transmitted by using the transmission waveform. A process for obtaining the transmission waveform includes a process for obtaining a matrix by using the impulse response of the receiver and the impulse response of the channel. The process for obtaining the transmission waveform includes a process for obtaining a maximum native value of a temporary matrix and a process for obtaining a matrix. The transmission waveform is obtained by using an optimum energy assigning value and a native vector. |
