<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive composition superior in adhesion, antistaticity and antifouling properties to PET film, and capable of forming a coating film with high transparency. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The conductive composition includes a polymer (A) having a polyester skeleton, polysiloxane skeleton and/or fluororesin skeleton, and a conductive polymer (B), wherein the mass ratio of the polymer (A) to the polymer (B) is in the range of 85/15-20/80.
