<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly slippery insulated wire capable of coping with further acceleration of alignment winding, and suitable for manufacturing various coils such as a spindle motor coil for example. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Insulating paint for an enamel wire is applied and baked on the periphery of a conductor 1 to provide an insulated coat 2, a slipperiness imparting paint obtained by adding a fatty acid-based lubricant to a resin solution in which a 6-nylon based resin is dissolved in an organic solvent by 0.5-5.0 wt.% to the resin weight portion of the solution and mixing them is applied and baked to the periphery to form a slippery coat 3, which in turn is used as the highly slippery insulated wire 5.
