<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and inexpensive multiple-image display method and a multiple-image display apparatus used under the same illuminance environment and switching a plurality of images on one screen. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The multiple-image display apparatus includes: a multi see-through base material 4 on which a first image (front-side image) is formed; a light transmitting material 3 which is arranged on the rear side of the base material 4 and on which a second image (back-side image) is formed; a light source 2 which is arranged on the rear side of the light transmitting material 3 and which can blink, or the light source 2 which can control light passing amount. When the light transmitting material is not irradiated with light, the front-side image on the see-through base material 4 is displayed, and when the light transmitting material is irradiated with the light, the back-side image on the light transmitting material 3 is displayed, thereby both images are displayed like animation.
