A probe is provided to minimize damage to a tip and an object by making a contact point between the tip and the object uniform and equally dispersing compressing force when the tip and the object contact with each other. A probe(10) is composed of a base(110) of which the lower end is stepped; a first elastic unit(120) comprising a curved part(122) curved upward from the upper end of the base and a horizontal piece(124) horizontally extended from the end of the curved part; a second elastic unit(130) formed inside of the first elastic unit; and a tip(140) formed by the ends of the first and second elastic units connected and protruded. The second elastic unit comprises a first curved part(132) curved toward the first elastic unit from the upper end of the base where the first elastic unit is formed; a first horizontal piece(136) horizontally extended in parallel to the base at the end of the first curved part; a second curved part(134) curved at the end of the first horizontal piece in the opposite direction for the first curved part; and a second horizontal piece horizontally extended at the end of the second curved part.
