PURPOSE: A filter structure for water treatment having cosmetic effects and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent emission of filtering media and inflow of foreign materials by mounting non-woven fabric in a filter upper case. CONSTITUTION: A filter structure for water treatment having cosmetic effects includes an upper case(10), a non-woven fabric case(20), non-woven fabric(30), a filter bottom case(40), and filter media. The upper case includes an inlet and an outlet. A groove is formed on the bottom of either side, and a protrusion is formed on a side of the bottom case. The non-woven fabric case is located on the top of the upper case, and the non-woven fabric is mounted on the non-woven fabric case. The non-woven fabric blocks inflow of foreign materials in raw water.
