PURPOSE: A solar energy generating system using a reflecting device and a solar energy generating method using the same are provided to efficiently produce a power by performing solar energy generation of a center reflection type. CONSTITUTION: A solar energy generating system(200) using a reflecting device includes a solar energy reflecting device and a solar cell module panel. The solar energy reflecting device(100) reflects a light of the sun while controlling a reflecting angle according to incidence quantity of the light of the sun. A plurality of solar cell module panels(210) absorbs the light of the sun reflected through the reflecting device, and produces a power.
